$0$ !!!THIS IS NOT A HOAX!!! $0$ >

Clay County Public Servants have gone rogue and Act in Treason Entirely, WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY!

They are actively suppressing evidence, suppressing and hiding their criminal Organization, their RICO Crimes, and converting Americans into "Statutory Criminals" for exercising Natural Rights without paying STATE OF, TEXAS to do so, all to defraud Americans Natural Rights without a Court of Record.

They will beat and strangle you until your bruises bleed even for NOT resisting, they will claim you are resisting because your arm isnt breaking while you lay limp as they bend your arms backwards, and then they hide the evidence and threaten your life and harass your family members at their jobs because you asked for the Evidence, while imprisoning you to perfect their combined false story.

Once they Imprison you, they return to your private property, sneak onto private property, and break your $25,000.00+ Private Property in retalliation, while you sit in a Cement Jail Cell defenseless and exploited by frauds.

They will establish a Fraud RESIDENT status against you, Assign you a Local RESIDENT Address of uninvolved persons in Fraud, then send Federal Mail Fraud to a Random Address and Imprison you for No Appearance, then force you at gun point into Agency Bondage/Slavery while having the Bond Agency secretly charge you hundreds and extort you for your estate after the fact when they've already been paid while you never got to read or consent to their contract as CCSO ensured, which was fabricated in felony intent on record under an Entity to Defraud your Estate and Assets for months as you wait to be released from the fraud the Judge creating Jurisdiction where he has NONE against you, to claim you harmed STATE OF, TEXAS "as their own Resident engaged in their Jurisdiction of Commerce without paying them," when you were Traveling through Texas Peacefully and Privately, not as a Statutory RESIDENT or Operator or Commercially Engaged.

They will hold you hostage for Months and Years without jurisdiction or evidence or probable cause, while they suppress your Nationality and Rights they Violate with Intent and Foreign Pride.

Clay County Sheriffs Office is Corrupt and Criminally Organized against the People, stating Openly they have No Oaths or Badges as they openly commit Felonies in retaliation and joy, then they suppress the evidence and retaliate.

The Current Clay County Judge, Mike Campbell, has knowingly issued multiple False and Fictitious Warrants, and engaged Federal Mail Fraud, Securities Fraud, Identity Theft, Forced Contracting, Forced Servitude To Contracts Not Held, and so on for FOREIGN PROFIT and not CRIME RELATED.

Mike Campbell, County Judge, who is a Foreign Agent under Foreign Registration Statement Act 1938, took a Foreign Oath to Surrender his Sovereign Standing to be Re-presented as a "Foreign Agent" operating under Foreign Interests and Foreign Principles Primarily, with a Duty to the Constitutions CLEARLY NOT First in his priorities... however, Mike Campbell has declared himself a "Sovereign Citizen" Extremist.

Mike Campbell, has addressed his Victims through Fabricated Addresses and Federal Mail Fraud as though he is a Sovereign Native of the Land while he reflects his victims as "PROPERTY AND COLLATERAL" Chattel that he seeks to Act as Beneficiary Of and Over without Consent or Jurisdiction, in Fraud, breaching his Fiduciary Duty, Oath of Office, Anti-Bribery Statement, FARA Statement, Bond Agreements, and Public Trust.

The Clay County Texas Sheriff refused to enforce any investigation, accountability, apology, due process, or accuracy, as he with his Deputy Darrell Moore Badge #524 and County Prosecutor Seth Leagle Fabricated False Fictitious Affidavits to create Fraud and Fake Alias Capias Warrants that bear NO SIGNATURES, NO SEALS, FICTITIOUS 'WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, WHY,' Just RICO Crimes, International Terrorism, and Treason Absolute.

ALL EVIDENCE IS BEING GROWN BY THE MILE, THE MAJORITY OF THIS TOWN WHO STRUGGLES WITH MONEY EXCEPT THE Oath Takers, LIVES PARANOID AND IN ABSOLUTE FEAR, AS THEY CANNOT AFFORD ATTORNEYS AND THEY ARE BULLIED AND ROBBED INTO STAYING TRAPPED IN HENRIETTA "TX" AGAINST THEIR WILL, A CORPORATE SLAVERY RING WITHOUT ACCOUNTABILITY OR HONOR.

Clay County Prosecutor, Seth Leagle, has not produced a Single Notice or Document EVER nor in over 6 Months where he knows no evidence exists, however he escalated the fraud knowingly, created Affidavits that declare nothing and do not identify his victim, yet they instruct the Deputies to Harass and Kidnap Native Americans and Defraud them Into Residents and Force Servitude.

The County Prosecutor and Judge recieve $26,000.00 and $25,000.00 Bonus annually for their enforcement of Foreign Statutory Commerce, even if they have to defraud Natives who were not engaged in their commerce or their Jurisdiction.

Rikka of Records, from Clay County Sheriffs Office, knowingly plotted and comitted to suppressing evidence of Deputy Darrell Moore Badge #524, Deputy Hamilton Badge #523 committing Fraud and Police Brutality with Unlawful Escalation and Injuries caused.

Rikka, laughs about destroying Evidence on Record, where she leans on the Captain of CCSO to use armed threats to terrorize and extort compliance with their threats and fraud.

CCSO, will turn off their Body Cameras to Commit Felonies, and then lie about everything.

CCSO Deputies will also use their Sergeant Norris and Dispatch to avoid Accountability for when they have no Probable Cause, Jurisdiction, or Injured Party, where the Deputies' Principal Advisors guide them to fabricate charges anyway and allow the Magistrate and County Judge to Force Jurisdiction through Commerce Fraud without a single second of Due Process.

CCSO and the County of Clay, processes living men and woman as Property of the Government, while they Claim as Foreign Agents they are the only Sovereign.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is TREASON!

They Represent Brittish Interests Solely, they are Brittish Agents, they convert American Law of the Land into Crimes against Brittain.

So this means, it is Presumed and Treated as a crime to exercise any Constitutional Sovereignty because the Government is now Claiming the Sovereignty Belongs to Foreign Crowns they represent!

CCSO, is unaware more than 50 Constitutional Crimes and Felonies they Have committed with Intent on Record, are already under close review.

If you or another are a Victim of Clay County Texas, Treason, Fraud, and Abuse, then add your story below.

If Clay County Foreign Servants edit your post, they expose themselves via digital trail, so before you publish save a copy and paste clip note, screen shot, and build your evidence should they pop up as the editors.

Clay County Oath Takes are all CRIMINALS, we need to expose these Treasonous Agents as the Foreign Felons they are, but in honor.

Clay County Oath Takers may be Corrupt and Treasonous, but that does not excuse victims to act Balligerant without cause. Clay County will serve their time in prison, stay honorable yourselves and be peacful while stacking your evidence and keeping the FBI, Texas Rangers, IRS, SSA, FTC, DEPARTMENT OF STATE, ATTORNEY GENERALS, US MARSHALS, and others Aware.

The First Baptist Church at 208 S. Graham Street in Henrietta was originally established in 1876. In 2013, the church had more than 1,300 members.[7]

Henrietta is one of the oldest settled towns in north central Texas. It sits at the crossroads of U.S. Highway 287, U.S. Highway 82, State Highway 148, and Farm to Market Road 1197 in north central Clay County.

Clay and Montague counties were separated in 1857 from Cooke County to the east, and Henrietta was named as the county seat. The etymology of the town remains a mystery, though several explanations have been offered. According to an article about the Seiberling family [using Google Search "Seiberling family in Henrietta, Texas"], the town name stems from Henrietta Buckler Seiberling, born in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky and raised in Texas. She married John Frederick (Fred) Seiberling (1888-1962). It was in Texas that he met Henrietta McBrayer Buckler of El Paso, Texas. They were married in Ohio. Fred had been sent to settle unrest along the Mexican border when he was part of the 134th Field Artillery Regiment, 37 Division B. Fred and Henrietta were very involved in starting Alcoholics Anonymous, especially Henrietta, although she was not an alcoholic. Regardless of the origin of its name, Henrietta became the center of gravity for the fledgling county. In 1860, as the only town in the county, it had 109 residents, 10 houses, and a general store. It sat at the far western edge of Anglo expansion in north-central Texas, but Native Americans remained a viable threat to current and future settlers. In 1862, Henrietta opened its post office. In the early 1860s, there were continuous attacks from local tribes. By late 1862, Henrietta was abandoned, and white settlers returned east to Cooke and Montague counties. Remaining structures were burned. Anglos continued to attempt resettlement, and in 1865 after the Civil War, a group attempting resettlement was massacred. A number of Quakers attempted to reoccupy the former townsite, but its members were either killed or fled. In 1870, fifty soldiers and Kiowa Indians fought a battle in the ruins of Henrietta.

After the battle, white settlers returned to Henrietta, this time permanently. In 1874, the post office reopened, and Henrietta quickly became the economic hub of north-central Texas. In 1882, the Fort Worth and Denver Railway reached Henrietta on its southern side, and in 1887, Henrietta became the westernmost terminus for the Gainesville, Henrietta, and Western Railway.

In 1895, the Wichita Falls Railway, one of the properties of Joseph A. Kemp and Frank Kell, linked Henrietta with Wichita Falls; sold in 1911, this 18-mile (29 km) segment was operated thereafter by the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad, known as the Katy. This particular track was abandoned in 1970. MK&T then built in Wichita Falls a station, offices, a roundhouse, and three switching tracks.[8]

After heavy lobbying by businessmen, Henrietta became a logistical supply point for various operations in north-central Texas, including mining in Foard and Archer counties. The Southwestern Railway Company in 1910 completed a rail linking Henrietta with Archer City.

An antiques shop occupies part of the building which once housed the St. Elmo Hotel, long ago destroyed in a fire.
The U.S. Post Office is located in the southeastern corner of Courthouse Square in Henrietta.

Though it had been settled earlier, Henrietta did not incorporate until 1881. The Clay County courthouse was built in 1884 and is still in use. By 1890, the population had reached 2,100, and the town boasted a 400-seat opera house, five churches, a new jailhouse, and a school. From 1893 to 1895, it had a college—Henrietta Normal College—for the training of teachers. It remained the economic hub of the county at the turn of the 20th century.

The St. Elmo Hotel, established about 1895 in Henrietta,[9] had among its guests Quanah Parker, who married two of his wives there, and U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt, when he toured the North Texas area. When the top floors of the hotel burned, the facility closed and never reopened. A portion of the lower floor now houses an antiques store.

The growth of Henrietta waned in the 20th century as Wichita Falls grew rapidly into the most prosperous economic center in the area. The Southwestern Railway line was abandoned in 1920, and the Gainesville, Henrietta, and Western Railway line closed in 1969. By 1990, the population remained under 3,000. In 2000, it topped 3,000 for the first time since the 1970 census. In many ways, Henrietta is a "bedroom community" for Wichita Falls but is still the largest city in Clay County.

The play Texas presented during summers at the Palo Duro Canyon near Amarillo is loosely based on the history of Henrietta.

The 1995 film, The Stars Fell on Henrietta, produced by Clint Eastwood and David Valdez, and starring Robert Duvall, Brian Dennehy and Billy Bob Thornton, depicts the Texas oil rush of the 1930s and is set in Henrietta.[10]
